Recall 12 controls the regular patient recall and document printing for an opticians practice. GPM's Appointment Diary allows upto 26 treatments for upto 26 employees/clinics .
Both systems are standalone in that, once loaded, they do not need access to the internet and there is no monthly maintenance. However, both systems have the capability to send appointment reminder texts but this does require an active internet connection and is an additional monthly cost.
